Q. What is Honey?
A. Honey is a browser plugin that makes sure you are getting the best possible deal when you shop online. It places a non-intrusive "Find savings" button in the checkout page at hundreds of online shops. Simply click this button and Honey will automatically find and apply the coupons for you.
Q. How does it work?
A. Honey constantly monitors the web for new promotions and coupon codes. When you click the "Find savings" button, Honey checks coupons that have worked for other people.
Q. What browsers do you support?

A. No, you don't need to register to use Honey.
Q. I installed Honey but there's no "Find savings" button when I am checking out!
A. If you can't find the Honey button when you are checking out, it probably means we don't support the site yet. Let us know which stores you love, and we'll add them. If the store is in our list of supported sites and you still don't see the Honey button you may be looking at the wrong page. On Amazon, the button appears on the final page of checkout where your final price is displayed, not on prior pages. Q. Trouble installing?
A. Some users have reported getting a message like: Package is invalid: 'CRX_MAGIC_NUMBER_INVALID'
Logging in to your Google account first will resolve this issue. Google uses this to synchronize your extensions and keep them up to date. Honey does not receive this information.
Q. What information do you collect?
A. We collect two types of information:
1) Information that you explicitly give to us such as your name, avatar and email address. You may also give us access to your information in other services, such as when you link your Facebook or Twitter account. The information we obtain depends on your settings and the privacy policy of these services.
2) Technical information as a result of your use of our product. We collect automatically generated information such as log data, cookies, device information, data about the success or failure of codes applied to your cart, and some other information collected by Google Analytics. Q. How is my information used?
A. First and foremost, your personal information will never be shared with anyone without your explicit consent. We use the information we collect to improve our product, develop new features, and create better personalized experiences for you.
Q. How do you make money?
A. We currently don't make money. In the future we may make money through affiliate programs similar to coupon and rebate sites or through other innovative programs that help you save even more time and money. When we start to make money we will be careful not to interfere with any other affiliate or cash back programs you may be using and will try to do so in a way that gets you even better prices without annoying you.
