If you pay with a Hudson’s Bay Credit Card, you can expect free shipping on most purchases over $45 and beauty purchases over $29. You can also take advantage of The Bay’s “Buy Online, Pickup In Store” offer and pay no delivery fee. Exclusions include large items like furniture, mattresses, major home appliances, barbecues, and canoes.

Shoppers are welcome to return online purchases to the nearest Hudson’s Bay store or by shipping the item back to their warehouse. The Bay accepts returns or exchanges for stand-sized items as long as the receipt is included and it is within 30 days of purchase. Standard-sized items purchased with a Hudson’s Bay Credit Card can be returned with a receipt within 90 days of purchase. The exception to the extended return policy when using a Hudson’s Bay Credit Card is jewelry, home electronics, and large items. Jewelry and home electronics can only be returned within 30 days with receipt. Large items, like major appliances or furniture, can only be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Original receipts are required for all exchanges and returns. You may also be asked to provide a valid photo ID, address, and telephone number. Without a receipt, a refund can only be issued within 30 days, and the refund will be credited on a Hudson’s Bay Gift Card at the lowest sale price. There may be non-refundable fees associated to delivery, shipping, and installation. A 20% restocking fee may be imposed on some returns.
