In another installment of Plugged In, we get to know @GibiOfficial, a.k.a. Gibi ASMR. We asked the 24-year-old ASMRtist and Twitch streamer what inspires her, how she saves money, and what's exactly on her essentials list.

Milk + Honey: What products are you loving right now and why?

Gibi:

What's the last thing that made you smile?

I'm watching through Friends for the first time, and I love Chandler. So, Chandler.

What's your theme song?

"Theme of King JJ" from Yuri! On Ice or "Survival" by Muse...depends on if I'm in a goofy or motivational mood.

What's the last thing you splurged on?

Hamilton tickets. It was amazing.

What's absolutely something you refuse to pay a premium for?

Checking bags on a flight. I will shove my entire apartment into one free carry-on.

What's the best and worst comment you ever received on social?

I get so happy when people tell me my videos help them when they can't sleep, because that's what I use ASMR for. It's surreal to know that I can be that person for somebody else. People actually send the absolute nicest messages, and it makes me so happy.

I got a few horrifically violent comments from the same user. When I went to their page, I found out it was a 9-year-old boy. Great!

What's your favorite line from a movie, book, or song?

Best seemingly random advice?

I think most problems can be solved by following the word: "chill." I tell myself this often lol.

What's the weirdest thought you've ever had?

My "head songs" are usually cycling between "The Sound of Music" and "Baby Shark," so my thoughts are usually pretty full.

How do you get a good night's sleep?

With a pair of sleep friendly headphones and a good roleplay ASMR video. I also sleep better when my room is clean.

What makes you happiest?

When a puppy comes and says hi to you on the street without you prompting it. Also like...my family.
