At StubHub, all sales are final and an order cannot be changed or cancelled after the sale is completed. You will not receive any refund on completed purchases, except in the case of event cancellations. If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. In instances of event postponement, StubHub will resolve any ticket issues by working with buyer and seller on a case-by-case basis. In extenuating circumstances, such as invalid or fake tickets, StubHub will work with the venue in an attempt to find replacement tickets or provide a full refund.

Sometimes, waiting to purchase a ticket closer to the event date may result in cheaper ticket prices. Typically, a ticket holder will lower their prices as the event date gets closer in order to ensure their sale is made, or an attendee may have a sudden unforeseen obligation and need to sell their tickets. Last minute tickets can be the greatest deals, but make sure to check back regularly because this can be a trade-off of risk vs reward!

When signed-in to your personal StubHub account, access the “Settings” section at the bottom of the toolbar. Click the “Notifications” tab and switch the “Email” toggle to “Yes”. You will now receive StubHub’s promotional emails which may offer special coupons quarterly for a 10% to 15% discount.
