Anthropologie accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within that timeframe will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise received with a defect is eligible for return. If your item is returned outside of the 60-day return window, your purchase is eligible for a credit for the original price. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt, otherwise, it qualifies for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Items purchased online can be returned to an Anthropologie store, but items in-store are not eligible for return by mail. Anthropologie accepts returns for your Unlimited Furniture Delivery within 30-days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, furniture must be in saleable condition and may only be shipped back via the store's shipping service.
